Description
Bolt-on upgrade turbocharger solution for BMW N57D30 engine power gain, designed to work with stock exhaust manifold and other engine units. Stage 4. Specifications and compatibility list is written below.
Stage 4 (HTD3279BB):
- Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
- Enlarged shaft (6mm diameter ) and turbine wheel;
- CNC machined compressor housing;
- CNC machined turbine housing;
- Custom variable geometry nozzle;
- Reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel – 56/79mm;
- High flow design turbine wheel – 58/56mm;
- Refurbished housings;
- Flow bench adjusted;
- Balanced on VSR;
Please note, this Stage 4 turbochargers should be used only by professionals. Custom software and additional hardware is required such as downpipe, intercooler, intake pipe and etc. is required to reach results.
