The starting behavior (wear point) is the same as that of a series produced clutch, keeping your vehicle suitable for everyday use.
With the reinforced clutch kit, the series-produced plate is provided with an organic Performance coating. This has a higher coefficient of friction, very good fading properties and low wear.
These properties are achieved by a glass fiber reinforced coupling construction produced using copper reinforced bearing technology. The binder system of elastomers and resin is provided with a filler combination with friction coefficient adjustment aimed at improved comfort and reduced fading.

The pressure plate with automatic wear compensation decouples the lining wear from the diaphragm spring movement. The compensation mechanism continuously registers the decrease of the liner and reliably compensates for the distance by turning an adjusting ring. This keeps the force ratios constant and extends the life as the liners can wear further.
You will receive a new revised clutch kit. You do not have to return the old parts. Simply replace your old clutch, the original flywheel remains in use.
