New DSG7 – DQ200 Complete Clutch Pack from LUK with Kevlar discs!

Kevlar material otherwise known as Aramid, is a composite material which has good friction properties and maintains it’s mechanical properties in elevated temperatures. Therefore we replace the clutch discs with Kevlar for increased durability!

This particular clutch is rated for 20-30% more torque capacity compared to the stock clutch. However, it has been tested successfully in applications with up to 470NM of torque.

Shipped ready for installation!

Compatible with DSG DQ200 after mid 2013 production.

*NOTE: The DQ200 Kevlar clutch is a wear component and thus it is not covered by a warranty.
